Maintenance Supervision in Cincinnati, Ohio

A person is needed part time to fill the following role:
Ability to repair and maintain the electical, plumbing and mechanical systems
Ability to perform various clean-up and matenance tasks
Ability to inspect, operate and maintain the heating, cooling, and ventilation system and the boiler system.
Ability to understand written and oral instructions
High school education or GED needed
Two year experience in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities that would include the ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures.
